Well to me this really didnt seem much like a clock day theme but over all is was a pretty nice little percussion beat. All the sounds flowed great together and you had this really cool echoing effect. Because of the way you did things with this I could really imagine it being the drums for another song but maybe the name will attract some artists looking for a song for their clock day movie. Anyways I thought it was a pretty good song. Good job.

MJTTOMB responds:

I have no idea if there is a clock day theme, but I just thought it sounded clock-esque. So I called it "Clock Day Loop". More for publicity than an actual serious project.

Believe me dude I have heard a lot of mario songs in my time here and I think this was probably the best I have ever heard on the site. It gave like a stadium feal to the old mario tune. And thats really great how you got all the best mario tunes into one song. Usually people will just pick one but you were able to do quite a few greatly and smoothly transision from one to the other. I loved the fading and volume effects you had in this song. This will definintly be on the weekly best. Wouldnt even surprise me if it got used in a flash. Anyways great song. Good job.

WizardSleeve responds:

Hey thank you very much, this ones actually a fair bit old now, but your comment makes me want to do a modern version thats even better... i wonder...

It looks like my track has lost out on the weekly best to a track that hasn't even gone through the peliminary screening haha.

It was a pretty good song just when everything was playing at the same time it got really chaotic. Chaotic to the point where you cant enjoy the song as much as you should. It because of the type of lead you used. If you asked me I say its volume was a little to big in contrast to the volume of the drums. But it was a very well made song, I just didnt really like the way the sound came out, so im giving you a 4. Good job.

I thought this was a really great song. A great mix of techno leads and a really smooth drum n bass background. I was really surprised by the score though. I think som people must have 0 bombed it because of the name thinking it was spam. Anyways it was a really great song. It would go great on a flash game if it gets noticed. good job.

Great song. This really had a nice lounge like feal to it. Like something you would expect to hear in an elevator or something, which is not something Id usually like but you did it very way and I know people who liked the genre more then me would love this. The combination of great synth and strings and just a bit of percussions formed to make a great easy listening song. And it looped very well which added a lot to the song. That also makes it more usable to flash artists. It wouldnt surprise me if this gets used in a flash if it gets noticed. Lets just hope someone sees this and listens because its defininantly worth being in a flash. Anyways great song. Good job.

TheMillz responds:

Wow man, kind words! I actully almost listed it as a loop when I submitted it, but I didn't know if it would sound right on NG, and thought I would catch some flack about it ( sounds fine on the personal hardrive ), but hey, thanks for saying those nice things about mabey it will be in a flash and stuff. :D Not to mention writing that long review, very entertaining to read good ones like that, really raises the ego lol...

Its just what I have come to expect from you, a very balanced well made songs. This one of those songs that just make you feal happy. Its really hard to capture that in your song but you were able to do it perfectly. I cant say its my favorite thing from you but I still really loved it. Just not my style of music. The great thing about your music is no matter if its not your type of music or you dont like the genre of music, it still seams good when you do it. Anyways really great job with this song. I hope to see your next one soon.

That was a really nice song dude. Just what I expect from you, which is always awsome, but I seamed to really like this one over your other stuff. You seamed to actaully care about making the the singing actually sound good to a person who doesnt like complete death metal like screaming stuff. And the awsome part of it was after that you were still able to add some great guitar into the songs. Anyways awsome song. And good job on getting #1 :P

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Thanks Black! Glad you liked it. Metalized did the music though. I just did the lyrics. Thanks again, man for taking the time to leave your thoughts!\m/

Really nice song dude. Definantly some of the better piano only songs I have heard in a while. You were able to keep the tempo pretty high without getting things chaotic or just plain not good which is a hard thing to do. Im usually into the more complex songs when it comes to classical music but I really found myself enjoying this song. I hope to hear more songs from you in the future. Good job.

meneldil responds:

Big thanks!

Yeah, it's not too complex, but I wanted to do an experiment - with same chord over and over, same tempo etc. make smth, that's still diverse and good-sounding. Looks like melody really can change everything;)

I thought the song was pretty good. The synth was slow yet didnt lose my interest which is hard to do in songs like this. The drums were pretty good too and kept a really nice beat.

The one problem I had with this song though was that every thing seamed really chaotic and out of place. Everything had a hard time flowing together smoothly. But I dont blame you because for one thing you were trying to get as close to as a song as possible without reading so much as a notesheet or getting any base music which is a hard thing to do. So good job with what you did here. I really enjooyed it.

LeekClock responds:

I was going for a chaotic amateurish feel with the first part (with the trumpets), or did you mean the second part? Thanks for the kind words

Well I havnt listened to much of those premade stuff on FL, and I know they are proned to be stolen and uploaded to the site, but on the outside this seamed to be pretty remixed and was given your own style so Im just giving you the benefit of the doubt on that.

I really liked the drums you were using here. They really flowed well with the synth you were using, which was also great. Cool how you were mixing things up throughout the song and changing the synth every now and then to keep it interesting. Really affected the song and I think made it better.

Anyways great job with this song. Like I said before I dont know how much you are responsible for but that really doesnt matter to me because I still enjoyed listening to this so I voted 5. Good job.

Logini responds:

Thanks! Well, the original song was a pop song, and had vocals.. The whole techno breakdown part from 2:09 to 3:23 I improvised. the drums were tweaked a little bit. the synths had some FX put on quietly in the background. the bassline was mixed up a lot (making notes longer and changing pitch) So i pretty much remixed it pretty well. If you want, i'll get the original one and pm it to you.
