I thought it was quite a good song. You kept it simple, not trying to hard and making it chaotic, yet not rushing it and making it boring and repetitive. The synth was really good. The bass was pretty average, there was room for improvments there. Listen to what the other guy said. The beat was great. Really simple with a nice clean smooth flow. The perfect song. Sure it wasnt a hop out of your seat this is awsome song but definantly one I might listen to twice. Good job.

It was a really great song dude. I just love the chocobo theme and every song that trys to remake it, this is definantly one of the better remakes. I love the way the piano sounds when alone with no other intruments in the background. I really calm and peacfull noise. But it wasnt really a loop on account of it didnt loop. I mean just listen to it. It starts going to a climax then all of a sudden its at the slow part again. If you just called it a song instead of a loop there would have been pretty much nothing wrong with this but it is still awsome the way it is. Good job man.

Dude this song was just spectacular. You have given me a whole new apreciation for those awsome old version of sonic and mario. The new versions are pretty much crap. The feal this song had was so great. It had like a lot going on at once but didnt seam at all chaotic or clumped. I just loved the sound of the synth. Everything flowed really nicely and formed together to be a really great song. Good job. With this man. You need to make another one with two different games.

I'll make one with 2 other games... if I can think of 'em. Got any ideas? PM me!

It was a pretty good song. Like some weird mix of hip hop and a techno/trance feal. I liked it. The beat was great. Nice and powerful which gave it the hip hop feal. The melody was a bit repetitive though. Also got slightly anoying after a listening to it for a while. Also those pauses you made when switching parts were a little long and awkward I think you should have stopped the synth to get the feal you were going for but keep the beat going so it doesnt seam so empty. But overal it was a pretty good song so good job with this.

I thought this song was great. Just some nice calming acoustic guitar is all you need to listen to sometime no matter what type of music you like. I thought the person playing was very good, barely any scrathy or messed up parts and it did seam pretty well written and played out, not completly making it up as he went. And I thought choosing to just make it strait up acoustic and not adding any drums or backups using the power of the computer was a good idea. Gave it a more natural feal to it which set the song out over other songs. Anyways jesus or daniel or whatever probably wont read this but good job man. I really enjoyed the song.

TwistedMindSet responds:

Thank you. Im going to have some more of his jams in the future, maybe add vocials. If he fixes his guitar, Im going to find a way to record that without the needle going into the red

Ya just to throw it out there this didnt sound much like halo theme, it was a bit harder. But thats not to say this wasnt a good song. It was a nice soft calming tune. Seamed as if a chorus was singing which really gave it a cool feal. Almost like a song you would hear on a movie trailer. Dont ask me why but thats just the way I see it. Anyways great song man. Good job.

MaestroSegments responds:

thanks BlackPlastic! Like stated in the other responses, emulating the Halo theme was not the goal, I should not have used Halo Theme in the KeyWords list :/. I am however grateful you still liked it! Thank you for the review!

Well it wasnt at all a bad song its just that it seamed like you made a few minor mistakes that could easily be fixed. Like the hi hats just seamed to be completly off beat and doing whatever they wanted and going against the rest of the song. Also something you could do to make it better would be to get rid of the small empty spots where the synth isnt playing. And I dont mean where you put it in on purpose but in the chorus part. But overall it was a pretty good song with just a few bad spots so I voted 3. Good job.

Awww man. Its a shame this song had so much potential to be a really great loop but without actually looping its just a 10 second song. It had a great beat and awsome synth. I could just imagine what it would sound like if it looped. I would highly suggest getting that fixed and resubmitting it because this really could have been an awsome song but 5 seconds of blank nothingness can not be just looked over.

Really awsome song SBB. It just had that kind of feeling to it that made you think. I can't really explain it but thats what it seamed like. You had a great piano tune and you were right about saying that it sounded a lot like a guitar. Thats what I thought it was until I read the comments. It also had a great drum beat too. It was just an overall great song. Good job.

Wow really awsome song dude. It had a really professional sound to it. The trumpets were great and so were the percussions, but what really won this song over for me was the bass in the background. It had a spectacular little tune. The part where you started doing the bongo solo was a great idea to to break away the monotny. If I did have to say there was something bad with this song is that for most of the song it was pretty repetitive but I was able to easily look past that. Anyways great song. Good job.
